Public Awareness Campaign
The District plans set a benchmark of achieving 75 to 90 percent awareness of water resources issues by the general public. Mass media are the most effective means for to reach large numbers of residents. The District uses multiple methods to reach the general public with clear, concise messages about pollution prevention and water conservation.
